General Comments

In general, we are sorry that we purchased it (DC07 model), and should have just accepted the re-stock fee (penalty) and returned it to the store.----but we just kept thinking that it was us...Now, after 5 years: no it is the Dyson.

We recently removed the pre-filter (A) and the don' remove filter (B) ... and it works better.... but not great---but you need a filter since it does not have a bag! We contacted Dyson again, after a said, oh, you must have had defective filters when you purchased it, sorry you did contact immediately---we would have replaced them.
