Good Points

Easy to use, I like the water tank (visable water line)


Bad Points

Flex ridiculously short, only one floor cloth supplied


General Comments

the HT824 is an efficient floor cleaner, unfortunately the short flex and lack of cloths cancel out the good points. i feel i couldn't reccomend this appliance to anyone with a bad back or knees etc because of having to bend down to plug in and uplug in every room.
