I didnt find any positive point about RBS, even though I opened an account with them for security.
Bad Points
Very bad customer services, relationship managers either have a very few knowledge or no knowledge. Very bad trained.
(dubai branches) No policy what so ever.
General Comments
RBS is number one bank of the world as per bankers almanac, you expectation of customer services goes high with the bank ranking. But you fell regret that the customer serive is one of the lowest/bad even as compare of any ordinary bank.
Need to improve their customer services, real number one status is in service not in ranking.
