Friendly staff. Good facilities. Other guests friendly and helpful, talk to them before booking through the rep!
Bad Points
Hotel shops very expensive-buy in the local village shops.
First choice trips and safaris very expensive compared to the beach boys or the village for the same trips with the same transport etc.
General Comments
We had to move rooms four times, once when the ceiling caved in in the bathroom but there was no help from the first choice rep who said it was nothing to do with her as it was the hotel's responsibility.
We had a few power cuts but although the (noisy) generator cuts in there is not enough supply for the air conditioning.
