I'm really struggling here.
Bad Points

General Comments
A shocking excuse for an ISP in my experience. If you aren't frustrated by the inevitably low speeds (I'm talking speeds that a dial up modem could overtake), then it'll be the customer support who not only don't care about your situation, but actually don't have a clue (one in particular said that 25 second ping times were "normal"). And then of course they'll screwed up my billing and I had to pay more to this horrendous company.
A disappointment really because telewest and ntl before virgin were actually not that bad. What's the opposite of the Midas Touch? Virgin Media has it.
