General Comments

Been looking at this company for a while. I spend a fair amount each year on bike stuff and was impressed by the choice and fair prices plus free delivery. So I decided I'd place a smaller trial order and see how they perform before chancing larger sums. Well the particular item was not in stock so I requested an email notification upon their arrival. A few day later I received a notification that they were now in stock. placed the order. I then checked the following day on order progress and it says my order has not been despatched as goods are not in stock. Makes me wonder if they just say it to get your order but not impressed at all. Don't appreciate being messed with.
