People at the top couldn't care less about passengers it seems


General Comments

After a holiday in Bulgaria last week we were already on board our plane when we were all made to leave. The flight before us had engine problems so all our luggage was unloaded and the passengers from the Stansted plane were flown out on our plane. We only found out when our disabled people were unloaded and brought back to the airport. We then had a 14 hour wait for 14 hours at Stansted. Two of our ladies aged 80 and 83 years are still feeling poorly after going 36 hrs or more with no sleep. Will never use first choice again.
