Good website, easy to order, they take AMEX, excellent communication, decent delivery slots, speedy delivery.

None that we experienced from our two transactions with them.

We have used Boots to order two things now - LG washing machine (F1406TDSP) and Bosch fridge (BOSCH KTR18P20GB), and we very impressed on both occasions. The website was easy to use, and the prices were amongst the cheapest, not THE cheapest, but we learnt from our mistake when we ordered our Bosch fridge - we actually used Boots when the other provider let us down. For the washing machine order, I had an email order confirmation through straight away, and within 30mins, a representative called me up to give me an indication of when the delivery might happen, and I received the item the following week (because the item was not in stock). Between order and receipt of item, I had 2 further calls from Boots, another email, 2 text messages and 2 calls from the actual delivery driver, some might have been critical that they called too often, but I was very impressed with the communication, as I felt like I was completely kept in the loop. Boots offered a connection service for £15, and we paid this, just to make sure the washing machine worked! As we are having the flat renovated at the moment as well, we have been having various builders in to give us quotes, one builder was surprised the washing machine could be connected for £15, as they said the usual charge is £40. I am also expecting £23 worth of advantage card points from the transaction, I understand that this will follow a few days after the delivery of item. For the Bosch fridge, I reverted to Boots after another website let me down. I ordered on Tuesday 7th Oct, and received the item on Fri 10th Oct! This surpassed any expectations I had, and even with the pleasant transaction with the washing machine, I was half expecting the item to not turn up - but it did, with every bit of professionalism I received the first time. As it turned out, the delivery men were the same ones who delivered our washing machine, and they were very friendly and helpful. Boots actually use another company to deliver their items, so I guess half the success is that the other company didn't let them down. All in all, I am very impressed and won't hesitate to use them again, in fact, they will be my first point of call.
