“Beer cans, broken glass, rubbish & cigarettes all over...”

Beer cans, broken glass, rubbish & cigarettes all over the place! Sticky sweet in the pull out bed. Mosquitoes. Sticky cutlery in the grubby, dated, bare, bland caravan, and that was the PRESTIGE! It was nothing like the web site or brochures. Unhygienic, filthy, poor facilities. Surprised we did not have to pay for soap (if there had been any) in the public toilet in the bar area! Then why you try and complain, they are rude, saying "no body else has complained". I wish I had £1 for everytime I heard those lines. When I wrote to HQ, they ignored me!
It worked out so expensive. We could have gone 5* in Cyprus for the money that cost us. Never again.
