Good Points

Good pools... thats about it


Bad Points

Poorly maintained, dirty/dark rooms, lifts don't work, guest's out number staff 100 -1 so service is none existent, meal times is like feeding time at the zoo... 300 people trying to get food in one sitting with most thing empty after the first 50 people had been.... I could go on for ever.


General Comments

The place was NOT 4A or 4* or whatever they tell you it is.... we ended up paying an extra £350.00 to be moved to another hotel that they were selling as 4A or 4* (Thomas Cook) that was 10x better. I would not recommend here!
