Good Points

Its a neat size and looks good on the work surface. Its easy to use.


Bad Points

Takes ages to steam milk. The steamer broke after 3 years. Difficult to get repaired.


General Comments

I bought this Briel Versatile Due on the strength of the Which report but have been very disappointed especially with the steamer. Its hit and miss with the foam and only really does 2 cups well after that the steamer can't cope.
