General Comments
I applied three weeks ago and they got my money now but until now still did not get the welcome pack etc. I phoned several times and you are just put on hold for a long time. THIS IS NOT GODD! So I will write them a letter to cancel my application and get my money back.
I will stick with my Nationwide who has been excellent so far.
Forget them, if you want to be able to sleep in peace.
