Keypad difficult to read. Terrible signal.
General Comments
I have had two of the Sony Ericsson W380i phones in quick succession. The first one would not pick up a signal in my house, though other mobiles work. Vodafone changed it for another which was even worse. It has had a software upgrade and the antenna changed, and it still said 'Emergency calls only'. At last Vodafone agreed to exchange it and I have got a Nokia 6300 which seems brilliant. Steer clear!
