General Comments
I read other peoples reviews like (had to cook my own breakfast) or (travel down in a banger) and laugh!!! Yes the roads are narrow and there are some sharp bends but its Devon!! On the coast it is as it should be nice and natural!! No massive roads linking every town and old tracks all over the place. I have a 12 yr old a 6 yr old and a three yr old and they love it there, lost of rock pools and walks!! You don't go on hol to spend your time in the pubs or arcades!!! I found the staff helpful and friendly. There is a lovely sandy beach a short drive away at Woolacombe (but don't take your good car take a off roader!!) only kiddin, we have a brand new car and it was never damaged on the roads as long as you are aware of the bends and narrowings (witch you soon pick up) it is fine. We cant wait to go back.

I found this review very helpful because...
<br/>I have just booked up to take my family in April, I got a great deal and the lady on the telephone was lovely and very helpful. She told me all about the area and that the beach is not really a sandy one more rocks and pebbles with a rock pool for crabbing (which my boys are going to love). I have read some really bad reviews on here but am not in anyway influenced. I am really looking forward to it as not had a holiday for so long.
