Easy to use
I dropped it a few times, quite badly, but it continued to work normally.
Bad Points
Software is quite annoying to use and unable to use it with Windows Vista.
General Comments
The first year or so it was doing good, no problems which weren't easily sorted.
After that it started freezing every now and then, which requires you to take the battery out then wait for the reboot for about 10 minutes.
I stopped using it for about 4 months. I tried to turn it on again, it wasn't working, so i left i on charge over-night, thinking it was a dead battery. Next day it continued to do nothing doesn't work for no apparent reason.
You can be sure my next MP3 will be an iPod. Much better capacity and great customer service (my friend's iPod broke about 3 different times and they were happy to send him a new one for free, every time).
