Bad Points
Waiting times to call centres extremely long (in excess of 45mins), customer services very poor, misinformed about call backs
General Comments
If I knew the service was going to be so poor I would never have gone over to Talk Talk. It may be cheap but if something goes wrong, I have struggled to get any sense from them.
