Good Points

Any good points are ruined by all the bad points in my opinion


Bad Points

Blatant mistakes, This month October 2008 on my online statement the minimum payment clearly states £5.00, on my paper statement its in black and white that its £25.00 for the same month, I just paid the £25, not worth the risk of bank charges and nightmare battle trying to talk to overseas call centres,


General Comments

I will close the account asap, I will stick to the more professional banks who do not have oversea call centres,
