I ordered a TV, DVD player, stand and Scart cable from John Lewis Direct. None of which were delivered when specified. In fact I had 4 deliveries. The DVD player was left outside in the rain. The stand was the wrong one and John Lewis would not change it (I made it fit). The TV went wrong and it took me many phone calls and several weeks before it was repaired. The TV has now gone wrong again and I have now made numerous calls to customer service and finally an engineer is scheduled for a week after the TV went wrong!
