General Comments

Now owned 3 of these things. Done thousands of miles with no problems. Last one clocked up 70k without anything major going wrong. Parts are still relatively easy to get hold of.

Despite weight, it's easy to handle around town. Brilliant on motoraways, and you can get off after a days riding and still feel fresh. Riding position is excellent.

It's easy to end up going a lot quicker than you thought you were.

Missus loves it from comfort point. Tried an FJR 1300 and we both hated it. Just about to get another CBR.

Toured 2 up with full Givi set & tank bag - absolutely magic.

Downsides: Nothing really - plastics could be better, but then given the age of the bikes that's not surprising.

Second hand prices seem to be on the up, and really good condition low milers are hard to find.

Highly recommended.
