I applied for a loan with yourpersonalloan as they had the best rate of 7.6%. I had already had an pplication accepted by another bank on a slightly higher rate but wanted to get the best deal. 2 days after i applied i recieved a call from Freedom Finance informing me I had been turned down by youpersonalloan and that they would now search the market to find us the next best deal.
I recieved did not recieve any correspondance from Yourpersonalloan advising me of the decision. I managed to find a number hidden on the intranet site and called them for further information. I got through to a department of the co-operative bank who had no access to my details and could only take a message and pass it on to the loan department. The loan department I was informed was a non-telephony area that could not take incoming calls and only communicates in writing so I was not able to speak to anyone concerning my application!!! I am still awaiting a response 1 week later.
