Good Points

The software is very well thought-out and has one of the best ideas I have seen for a shopping cart solution. They have one off the best ideas of how the logic of shopping cart software should work.


Bad Points

They don't seem to have any support, they did not answer their phones when I had a problem and did not seem to want to help. They did not read support tickets and when I sent information they did not reply and closed the ticket with out solving the problem. I wish I could say they are very good and would be nice if someone would buy them out and sort out there company as the software idea is very good.


General Comments

I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall, 3dcart support needs to be re-worked or just have people that do what they say. Please can some one manage 3dcart and help them with support. I would say this is only for the very small business that dose not want to grow to any size. 3dcart shopping cart software is just one of the best concepts i have seen and needs to have a good backup if this happens they will be the best you can buy but right now they are one of the worst, hope this will change.
