Good Points

Ethical stance, co-operative status, excellent call centre with rapid and courteous response. Web site is also user-friendly and it is easy to manage accounts.

Bad Points

Occasionally feel I would like a branch locally.

General Comments

Over twenty years I have never experienced a problem with the Co-operative Bank. I feel confident that my money is safe and that it is invested according to principles of social responsibility. I feel valued as a customer.
