General Comments

I bought a Arctic Spas Cub Ultra because I was wheelchair and bed bound in great pain and use it 3 times a day it is fantastic but I can't use it because the large jets have a plastic shoddy piece and so far at 6 mths old 3 of them have shot out and plastic clips have snapped.water evaporated at a fast rate and it turns out a pipe was not properly conected causing evaporation.the dealer told us he will charge a callout fee of £90 if he needs to repair a fault even one which is not our fault is this right?? now it keeps blowing the electrics! this is the most expensive model and only 6mths old
