Bad Points
The customer service when things go wrong was very unhelpful in my experience.
General Comments
I do not recommend to buy the Canon G9 Powershot as in my experience it simply did not work. If this is not bad enough I found a lot more problems with the customer services therefore I do not recommend Canon either..
