Prompt payment of claim - always in my experience
Offer life cover which a lot of the insurance companies do not do.

None.
General Comments
My pets (various) have been insured with Pet Plan for the past 14 years and when I have had to make a claim, I have never had a problem. They have always received my paperwork and that of the vets and have never said that they would not cover for a condition which I have claimed for.
