Attractive and has a good memory
Bad Points
Had a major crash and cost more than the MP3 to fix it.
Scratches very easily too.
General Comments
After 2 years my MP3Philips HDD120 ad a major software crash.
The MP3 no longer knows what it is at all and I cannot recover files on it, some of which were important.
I e-mailed phillips about it and they replied saying they could fix it for £160!!!! Yes, the files were important but not THAT important
