Al.'s Review of RCA Lyra-RD2201 MP3 Player
12th Aug 2000
Overall Rating
- Value for money

ample volume, great headphones, nice control interface, inexpensive, software working smooth now. Good instruction book.
Bad Points
extra memory card too expensive. Software crashed my machine over and over. can't lock out the controls. rather large package for pocket.needs a slim-carrycase.
General Comments
the software that loads the files into Lyra crashed over and over. The help file duplicated itself till I hit the reset on the machine. Hasn't did it since. The compactFlash card writer interfaces well with system. I'v had trouble free recording and listening now once I got the hang of loading and erasing the card.
