Good Points

Graphite fridge/freezer looks good.


Bad Points

It appears to be made flimsy.


General Comments

After the FFA74 we will NEVER buy anything from INDESIT/ HOTPOINT again. The door mechanism that holds the fridge door together has broken, hence it's made out of plastic!! There is no way to replace this part at all. We found customer service to be poor , NOT the least bit helpful! We ordered a part that we did not need and when it did not arrive the next day (after paying £10) they blamed it on the courier service.....we got our part that was no use to us 10 days after we complained (and we're made to pay the£10 again!)! It leaks, makes loud noises, is made from plastic and ours basically has a lifespan of 18 months!Our washer/ dryer is Indesit and is a load of rubbish as well. That was another appliance that failed after a few months and when they replaced it they gave us the wrong colour and told us they did not have any in stock and it basically wasn't their problem. Cheers for that as we have a 1 white appliance with all of our graphite appliances!
