The team surpassed all of our expectations for our wedding.
General Comments
Ribble Valley Hog Roast surpassed all of our expectations for our wedding. When we planned to have 150 guests for an informal wedding BBQ, we didn't really anticipate the volume of food and general organisation required to feed that many people, at the same time. They helped us to achieve the exact level of informality and quality that we were hoping for. Organisation was excellent, requiring minimum input from us, and they assisted us in other areas expertly. When we arrived back at the house after the actual wedding, we did not expect everything to be all set up and organised. However, everything was under control, and we were able to enjoy the day, and their excellent BBQ without any worry.
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Ribble Valley Hog Roast and their services for whatever size of 'do'. They can do 'very casual' or as 'formal' as you would expect from a BBQ and the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful!
