General Comments

I have been a faithful Blackstar/sendit.com buyer for years, but now I am off the idea. Ever since their re-launch I have found them to be nothing but trouble. I think the level of service is disappointing. First, they completely wiped all of my past information (Hitlists, past orders etc) and apparently expected me to just get on with it. After re-establishing my account I have then found that none of my account features seem to work properly. My Hitlist is the worst hit as I cannot see all of my items I have added. I keep sending them messages in their 1000 character limit new message centre, but all I get is the same unsatisfactory replies. They seem to have no proper support and the postage is long, lazy and very disorganised. I used to order multiple items and if they were posted at the same time they came in the same bag - now they come individually in non-protectable jiffy bags. Also, most of my ordered DVD don't arrived sealed - am I getting someone else's returns?
