Rather greasy but I don't think it would work if it wasn't
General Comments
It makes the dry bit soft and the spotty bits dry up. I have eczema and acne so whilst I need moisture, too much and my skin breaks out. This way I'm neither flaky nor spotty I love it its my fail safe when I'm all out of options.
