We placed an order with Babies R Us online, and paid a premium for Saturday morning delivery.
We waited in all day on Saturday and the order didn't come (was the only nice weather we had had for ages, so was very annoyed!).
We contacted them to find out what had happened and they seemed unhelpful to us, so we cancelled the order.
The next Monday our cancelled order arrived. They were quick to debit the money from our account, including the premium for Saturday delivery. Despite numerous emails this has not been refunded yet.
