Pre sales service was brilliant, excellent choice of wedding gowns. We placed order and received some pink champagne to celebrate.

General Comments
I found the after sales service at Dresses and Dreams Bridalwear extremely disappointing, they kept changing date for delivery of bridesmaid dresses. I thought the alterations were very pricey and seemed of poor quality. This may have been due to the fact that the seamstress was going on holiday, bearing in mind we placed order early February, and received dresses end of August, only weeks before the wedding. We chose to go elsewhere to have them altered for a second time at extra cost to us, but well worth it.
