Comfortable seats on B767 (with footrest), superb touch-screen interactive entertainment system (you could create your own playlist), food not the best I've experienced on BA, but still above average, friendly staff.
Advance seat booking used to be available at time of booking, now its only 24 hours before departure (still got decent seats on outbound though), fast bag-drop was anything but fast, even with online check-in, Changing terminals at LHR on return (T4 to T5) was cumbersome, and domestic leg LHR-MAN cabin was shabby and looked extremely tired, even when sat near the front.
The MAN-JFK flight was one of the best flights ever experienced. Too bad BA are dropping the service. The world does not have to revolve just around London.
