Avoid their "service" is my opinion. I had a baby and toddler locked in the car on a hot day when the key malfunctioned. AA told me they would be an hour to arrive (Note: I was in Eastbourne NOT Outer Hebrides). I had no choice but to call the fire brigade. Complaint never responded to by AA. The A A answered my call-hence 1 out of 10 rating...
