Good Points

I have had quite a lot of things from Bid/PriceDrop TV and on the whole have been delighted with everything, the jewellery in particular is very good. Delivery is excellent and usually very quick too.


Bad Points

The Customer Service or complete lack of it in my opinion is so frustrating for me. When I telephone (I could not find an email address) there is a total lack of understanding, do not know where they are situated in the World but I have personally found communication very difficult! From my point of view and theirs, they do not understand me I do not understand them. If you ask anything other than which I presume is on some sort of system you cannot get anywhere at all!


General Comments

I purchased a set of Satin Bed Sheets which were totally substandard. The undersheet did not stay on the bed and after three nights a main seam completely shredded. Did not send them back "Recorded" as normal post cost me £5 which was more than enough for a parcel which was worthless. The parcel got lost (how as it was bulky and massive) they now say to get reimbursement from Post Office. I sent numerous letters complaining and asking for reimbursment "Recorded" and was finally rewarded with a telephone call from you guessed it, someone I could not understand at all totally hopeless. BidTV were adamant they would not reimburse me so like I said Customer Service is atrocious! Why parcels have to be sent back "Recorded" is just ridiculous and expensive.
