Good Points

Contrary to most my experience was very good


Bad Points

Was expecting a call on Monday night to confirm delivery on Tuesday - this did not happen. (The second email I got in fact only said they wouldcall in 48 hours, which they did, so not a big issue.)


General Comments

If I had seen the other ratings I would not have gone Sainsburys but they were the cheapest, including delivery, and offered the quickest delivery (and remaova; of old appliance). Ordered on-line Sunday, got a phone call on Tuesday saying will deliver between 1 and 3PM -- arrived 2pm, goods were unwrapped, and fitted and the old one removed totally hassle free. My experience was near perfect - so would use again, and would be happy to recommend to others, based on this experience.
