Good Points

Adrian Flux DO insure custom and modified cars, from the mild to the wild and they do offer some interesting and useful policies.


Bad Points

Everything Adrian Flux do has a £25 admin fee.
They're always very eager to get their money from you and quickly too.
Service is rarely with a smile, you can just tell by their phone manner.


General Comments

Adrian Flux are not very friendly and tend to be a bit slow in sending out documents, policies etc and when they do it's always 2nd class post. They do seem to see insurance as more of a money-making exercise than a service so watch out for admin costs and if they forget to charge you for anything, even if it takes them a year to notice their mistake, they'll chase you hard for the money as if it was your fault.
