Good Points

Clean hotel near to parks and walking distance to Salou. Room cleaned every day, good entertainment although it is outside and it gets very chilly in the evenings. There is a train that runs from the hotel to the parks all day. We went to Barcelona to watch a match on the sat had a great time very well organised, the rep was very good

Bad Points

Weekend was like an invasion. The food was the same more or less everyday and sometimes cold the waiting staff where miserable and tried to take our plates before we had finished eating. We were giving a room with a dividing door not good when 4 young Spanish girls moved in the adjoining room it was a nightmare (not fun when they are screaming and shouting at 2 in the morning). Had to go down to reception and queue up for what seemed like a lifetime at 2 in the morning to get security to ask them to be quiet.

General Comments

We have just returned from this hotel 08 10 08 overall it was a nice hotel apart from the couple of bad points I have listed. We were a bit disappointed with our room as on our arrival we asked if there was an upgrade available the reception told us all rooms were the same but in my opinion they are NOT. We were on the top floor of the main hotel with no balcony just a window that opened completely which I thought was really dangerous. We took our two youngest boys who are 10 and 13 and I was terrified of them going near it. It was also an adjoining room not fun with noisy neighbours. After having a look round after our arrival we discovered all the other floors had a small balcony and the ones around the pool area were lovely with a big balcony, I would say if you do have small children insist on not going on the top floor the windows are really dangerous. The food is quite nice but to much of the same thing everyday and sometimes its cold but I guess they didn't put a microwave in there for nothing. The hotel is clean and the maid service was very good, reception staff where ok. I would recommend this hotel but will not be returning there again ourselves. We were purely just put off by the room we were given and the noisy people we had next to us.
