General Comments
If you have bacs paymnents or other payments going in and payments going out at the same time they will always put payments going out through first so you become overdrawn check your statements ( I bet you probably haven't noticed that one) also double check your charges staement as several times we have been charged cheque referel fees ( £30 for each one) when there hasn't been any.
We have banked with Barclays for 25 yrs but we are moving to Abbey free banking forever interest on your money and loads of other check them out.
