General Comments

I find Nationwide have uncompetitive savings interest rates, internet system relies on lots of passwords and PINs which you realistically HAVE to write down unless you use the account very regularly. Then if you forget this data you are messed about for upto 2 weeks while they issue new cards, etc. Dealing with the staff in the HQ in Swindon can be hit and miss whilst the staff at my local branch don't know their own rules and have wasted several hours of my time and cost me weeks of lost interest.
