Hardly any, I am going to close this account
Bad Points
They charge me £11.00 per month, and almost all the things they provide have some type of catch. For example, you are only covered for gas and heating if your boiler is less that 15 years old and your boiler has been serviced within the last 12 months. Now why would I get cover if I was going to service my boiler every year?
General Comments
Their service is really poor for me, at one point I was put on hold for 45 mins, on their 0845 number.
I was also promised that they would come to fix my boiler within 24 hours but no one turned up. And then it was mission impossible to get through to them again on the premium rate number.
