Unhelpful,disinterested and slow.


General Comments

On point of transferring monies into the open market option. Reams of paperwork, some duplicated. Within 3 weeks of notification of fund value it has taken a £3000 drop, goodness knows how much more i will loose before transfer is finished.
Wish to god i had never heard of the company.
