Good Points

Good basic phone - if you can get it cheap.


Bad Points

Very few - if you're prepared to accept the limitations. Bloated software.


General Comments

My need for a mobile phone is pretty basic, and when I came across the Sony Ericson w200i in Argos for £29.99 (Orange payg) I decided to try it. I don't need bluetooth or any of the associated bells and whistles so many people seem to live for - and at that level the phone is unbeatable. Works fine, reception OK, texting OK, and camera not at all bad - as much as I want from a phone. I have to say I don't like the PC software - but then I don't like most software for mobile phones - months after I uninstalled it I'm still finding bits of it all over my PC. Other than that I'm highly satisfied.

I notice that Argos have recently increased the price to £39.99, which is too much in my opinion - but the phone is still available at a lower price if you shop around.
