Selling me a holiday.
Bad Points
Booking an 'ALL INCLUSIVE' holiday and having to pay 800 english pounds more when leaving the hotel. Completely mislead. Writting letters of resolution, and having no replys. Ringing and speaking to directline holidays after the above and no one knowing anything. Not even an acknowlegdment.
General Comments
After not having had a holiday in 6 years, my partner and I were looking forward to a relaxing break. We came home feeling more stressed than before we went.
