General Comments

I signed up for O2 after a firm promise that their service covered my area - it didn't. Phone didn't work at all inside the house and only part of the time within a few miles radius. An exchange phone gave the same performance. They gave promise after promise until my return period had expired - I'd signed a contract and they'd enforce it in court if necessary - they weren't even polite about it. My local Trading Standards Dept were about as much use as mammaries on a male bovine, but they did at least negotiate me a slight reduction. In the last resort though, I paid a year's contract for a phone that was hardly ever used. They actually expressed surprised when I told them I wasn't going to renew!!

I'd buy a carrier pigeon before I ever touch O2 again. In fact I've given up on mobile phone contracts in general - it's payg for me, from now on.
