Customer service - Still haven't received my item yet despite paying for it a month ago.
General Comments
Where do I start? I still haven't received my table tennis table yet, a month on. Have phoned several times, emailed, written a letter and have received no response yet. I feel as though no one seems to care. The amount of times I've heard 'We'll ring you back' is ridiculous.
