Good Points

Cannot think of one.


Bad Points

Apart from hanging on the phone for ages before the inappropriately named 'customer services' department decide to answer your call it is their complete inability to follow a simple instruction like 'do not auto-renew my policy'.


General Comments

Despite proving 'double insurance' I am being told I owe £27 and also for money through Finsure as the premium was to be paid by installments - in total £100 for 1 weeks insurance which I did not request. Will let you know what the FSA make of it all in due course.
