No one put their hands up when something went wrong, there was a lot of passing the book.
General Comments
Booked in May to Salou, paid for transfers to hotel, none appeared. Left marooned at airport early in morning. Rung firm, no reply, paid 38 euros for taxi to get to hotel. In all cost was £73, with what I had already paid out before. On arrival back to U.K. contacted me again. I was informed not their fault. I pointed out that it ' s not mine either, their firm booked the transfers. Another thing, all I received was documents for the flights, none for transfers/hotel, me personally, relations/ friends will booking elsewhere in future.
