General Comments
I've been a Nationwide customer since they took over Anglia Building Society.
Only had one problem, when I was locked out of internet banking by having three failed logins. I'm sure I used the correct logins
After reading that it would take up to 7 working days to send me a new login password, I complained very loudly, suggesting I would move my substantial savings elsewhere, as I couldn't not have access to my money for (which it could have worked out)two weeks, I received a new password two days later.
